Accountant

Salary package: Basic up to RM8,000+ Performance Bonus

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

•  Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA CPA MIA).

•  Chartered Accountant status is mandatory.

•  Possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an audit firm.

•  Strong skills in written communication, verbal communication, and presentations.

•  Proficient in MS Excel.Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee the complete accounting processes for all subsidiaries and related entities, ensuring timely monthly closings and precise reporting.

•  Manage general ledger transactions, bank reconciliations, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and prompt submission for review.

•  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgeting, cash flow management, foreign exchange, and financial forecasts.

•  Perform statutory consolidation and compile group consolidated financial statements.

•  Handle the quarterly Bursa announcement requirements.

•  Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and MFRS standards.

•  Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

•  Oversee statutory audits, including the preparation of financial statements and coordination with external auditors.

•  Communicate with bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and other external parties or stakeholders.

•  Review financial performance by comparing actual results to budgeted and historical data, and present findings to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.

•  Collaborate with various departments on the preparation, compilation, and review of the annual report.

•  Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned by management.Benefits

Private Wealth Manager

Salary package: Basic MYR 6,000 – 10,000

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in trustee product sales, particularly in Wills and Trusts.
  • A degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Legal, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in Will and Trust drafting, as well as trust administration.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to mentor and inspire a Sales & Marketing Support team.
  • A passion for learning, public speaking skills, and a team-player mindset.
  • Your own transport and a willingness to travel.
  • A desire to prove yourself, take on leadership responsibilities, and test your potential as an Assistant Manager/Manager.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive the growth of our WillPlan and TrustPlan services.
  • Lead and enhance marketing initiatives, roadshows, and agent recruitment efforts to expand our market reach.
  • Deliver outstanding support to clients and business partners, fostering strong relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
  • Draft customized Wills and Trusts, ensuring they align with clients’ needs while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Educate and empower clients by conducting training sessions on the benefits and process of Will and Trust planning.

Salary package: Basic up to MYR 5,500 plus performance bonus

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibility

  • Create engaging content for social media posts on Facebook and XHS.

Nutritionist

Salary Package: Basic up to RM5,000 + Performance Bonus

Job Description:

  • Provide nutrition advice and product recommendations based on clients’ health conditions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist with product knowledge.
  • Follow up with and support existing clients.
  • Support and participate in Facebook live sessions and create short videos to promote our health product range.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in answering customer inquiries.
  • Assist in product development and prepare marketing materials such as product PPTs, brochures, and website content.
  • Organize and conduct evening and weekend Facebook live sessions or other offline events as needed.
  • Perform any other tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements:

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).

-Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
