Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA CPA MIA).
• Chartered Accountant status is mandatory.
• Possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an audit firm.
• Strong skills in written communication, verbal communication, and presentations.
• Proficient in MS Excel.Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete accounting processes for all subsidiaries and related entities, ensuring timely monthly closings and precise reporting.
• Manage general ledger transactions, bank reconciliations, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and prompt submission for review.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgeting, cash flow management, foreign exchange, and financial forecasts.
• Perform statutory consolidation and compile group consolidated financial statements.
• Handle the quarterly Bursa announcement requirements.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and MFRS standards.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Oversee statutory audits, including the preparation of financial statements and coordination with external auditors.
• Communicate with bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and other external parties or stakeholders.
• Review financial performance by comparing actual results to budgeted and historical data, and present findings to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with various departments on the preparation, compilation, and review of the annual report.
• Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned by management.Benefits

Job Description:
- Provide nutrition advice and product recommendations based on clients’ health conditions.
